Today, I went for my four year followup mammo.  NEGATIVE!!! I am very happy.  Also saw my old PS and we have decided to do a LAT reconstruction with an implant.  Anyone had this? According to him, this is less down time and I don't have enough "volume" for a TRAM.

That's wonderful news!  Congrats! 
 
Lucky you that you don't have enough 'volume' for a TRAM.  I think I had enough for 2!  LOL tongue    I don't know if anyone here has had that type of reconstruction.  Good luck with it.
