After consultation and observation from two Dr's I had tested USG of my both breasts and the results given from the NMB Diagonistics, Serampore is hereunder:

RIGHT BREAST:
Fibrograndular complex of right breast is normal in echotexture.

Three well defined, thin-walled cystic SOLs (largest measuring 5.0 mm. x 3.0 mm.) with posterior acoustic enhancement are noted at 8 - 9 O'clock position of right breast. No internal echoes are noted within the SOL.

Skin and subcutaneous tissue are of normal thickness.

No enlarged lymph node noted in right axilla.

LEFT BREAST :

Fibrograndular complex of left breast is normal in echotexture.

Two well defined cystic SOLs are noted in 6 O'clock position of left breast; one in inferior aspect of nipple areolar complex (measuring 5.0 mm x 3.0 mm.) and another in retro-areolar region (measuring 4.0 mm. x 3.0 mm.).

Skin and subcutaneous tissue are of normal thickness.

No enlarged lymph node noted in left axilla.

IMPRESSION:-
SIMPLE CYSTS IN BOTH BREASTS.
OTHERWISE NORMAL STUDY.
SUGGEST CLINICAL CORRELATION AND FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS IF NECESSARY.

Now my question is how shall I proceed?

What is your doctor recommending at this point? If you are not comfortable with the findings of the ultrasound, there is always needle aspiration of the cysts, or biopsy. These are the only means being absolutely certain, but typically cysts show on ultrasound as fluid-filled, while cancers are solid. How old are you? Do the lumps come and go with your monthly cycle? Are they painful sometimes, and other times not? These symptoms would also be consistent with cysts.

Hope this helps!
