Care to say what area you are in, without disclosing too much if you do not want to? I am in metro-detroit, and our new Skky (Michelle) is out towards Brighton/ Howell. Mikki is in the area as well. We had BMarie post briefly not too long ago and she was from Wayne County area too.  We used to have a poster in Flint too, but not sure if she posts here or another place.

Did you get some fresh snow too? It is all white out again....

I love A2! I went to U of M to get my social work degree, and love to go back when I can. We went to the Earle for dinner a couple weeks ago, but I do love Main Street in the summer time. I enjoy the campus too, and am a huge U of M athletics fan. I am not from here originally (came from Texas) but now am in a cool part of Oakland county.

Glad to have another local gal here!

I have enjoyed eating at the Earl also. One of my favorites is Palio's on main street.Yet I must admit that my husband has put even the best of them to shame. He is a great cook and has taught our daughter well. She also enjoys baking many of Nigela's desserts. So eating out isn't on the top my list. But there are some great places to venture to. Not to forget Real Seafood on main also. yeah

Yes, Palio....we go there often too, it is a great place to eat after the football games. We even took Cathi there once, when she came in town to visit, and ate outside in the summer. I love Main Street in the summer!

What is Nigela's desserts? We love to talk about food here, not just cancer....
:)

Lori
