Jean is having first rads and has asked for us to be there. I know today is a rough day for us to go but she has let us know she needs us. I feel Beck would want us to be there to offer support to anyone that needs us. Sorry for the last minute notice.  Thanks so much.
How wonderful it would be to see Angels where there are only clouds. How sad it would be to see clouds where there are Angels.

I'm there. Jean, just remember to put pure aloe to the radiated area daily after your treatment to try to avoid any burning.
Good luck

Catching the flight also, Jean. Plus, you'll be in my thoughts and prayers all day (and beyond). Hugs!

Oh yes Becky would want you to be there for Jean. You have been here for us so many times. Becky doesn't need us anymore. She is rejoicing with no pain or discomfort today.

A part of my heart is with each and every one of you today. Everyone going through radiation, chemo, procedures, You are in my thoughts and prayers always but especially today when we have a special emisary to guide those special prayers.
Love to all,
Hugs, Angela

I just came to the board and this is first message, I wanted to climb aboard and lend my support. I'm there. Seeing the message above breaks my heart, but it is right, Becky would be the first to say to be there for others. Dear God it breaks my heart to lose another of our very special family. Hugs, MK

My Dear New Friends,
Thank you so much for your support. I am sititng here crying as I read about Becky's passing, and feeling so sad for her family. And then I saw the note about supporting me today. You are so wonderful! I know it will be OK, but aren't we all afraid of the unknown. I have the aloe vera gel all ready to go, and my sweet husband will be taking me. Pray my arm will cooperate....
Love, Jean in WA

Hi Jean,
Barnes in St. Louis gave me the best stuff for radiation burns. Its in the drugstore. It's called Aquaphor. Several other breast friends have used it and also love it. (It also makes great lip gloss). Our dear breast friend Rainey told me that. Since then, I have graduated it to heels, and lymphadema messages.
Yes, you can do it Jean, but we will be there. I am packing now. Hang on. Hugs, Di

Save some room for me. I'll bring the usual cocktails, chocolate, and valium. I'll be waiting on the deck at the crack of dawn, pink boa and extra feathers.

Hugs, Jo-Ann

Count me in. I will be the only one standing on the Capitol steps with the pink boa and a sign denouncing our "wonderful" (gag) young gov for making drastic medicaid and medicare cuts. Will look forward to eating, drinking and laughing with all of you.
