I am having such a difficult time with the news of Becky's passing.  I can't even imagine what Angela is dealing with.  They were so very close.  I was sitting here at work thinking back to the Louisville Weekend.  I think Louisville was selected because Becky wasn't strong enough to travel far at that time.  She was so excited about everyone coming to Louisville and we all had such a grand time meeting and planning and laughing.  For those of you who made it, hang on to those special t-shirts as they were lovingly made by Becky and Angela.  So much fun and anticipation went into that weekend and it was more than we could have expected.  So dear Sisters...for now I am reliving those in person hugs and imagining all of us together that weekend.  I'm glad Becky is at peace now and without pain and worry, but oh how I will miss her.

Me, too, Sara. I am reliving that weekend, myself. I keep feeling how thin she was under that Navy blue blazer she was wearing. And thinking about her driving that big SUV around taking us places. She never complained, she never let on that she was even sick, except she rested when she could. I remember her bringing her sister-in-law who has been so good to her to the Inn and introducing us. I remember her sitting next to me at dinner at the Spaghetti Factory and having Angela across the table and you up at the other end with your good looking husband. I am so glad we were in Louisville. It was a great weekend thanks to all of you. Hugs MK

I am holding on to my shirt forever. I have signatures and so many memories tied up in that shirt. The drum and the big pink bag all have special memories. I remember my drum roll. ( not that anyone present would know that was what it was) made her look down and just shake her head. I give her full credit. She never took the sticks and bopped me in the head and I am sure she wanted to. Soon very soon they have got to find a cure. These sweet memories hurt. She was one very special lady, and now I am sure she is a very special angel. Hugs Joyce
How wonderful it would be to see Angels where there are only clouds. How sad it would be to see clouds where there are Angels.

I have never been able to put the shirt away. It is still hanging on my closet door next to my bed. Di

My shirt holds even more joy to me now that I know Becky's special hands helped make it.

She was a wonderful sweet woman and will be missed.

The shirt is always the first in the wash, because it's the first one I wear, I'm concerned about it fading.  I just feel so terrible about losing another sister.  Becky and Leah are two sisters who I personally got to know.  Angela, I hope you read this and know how wonderful you are to have been there for the family and for Becky!  I'm losing hope, feeling that we're going to lose sisters and theres not thing one we can do about it.
All we can do is pray, which I do daily.

Dear Ellen & Friends,
I have sure felt that way lately. Helpless has been a key word for me. Becky's faith sustained her through many of the hard times I have tried to follow Becky's example. So far it has helped.
I love you all for all the beautiful memories. I haven't had a real chance to think about those wonderful times.
I Love you all,
