but am just floored to hear that our Becky is gone.  Everything else seems rather trivial.  Anyway, no news is apparently no news, and news is not apparently news.  The MRI report didn't come in until today, and it says that there are abnormal signal returns from the lumbar/sacral spine.  I have no idea what that means, and neither did Karen.  Doctor won't see the report until tomorrow, and so I probably won't hear back from Karen til Friday.  But it's sounding an awful lot like it could really be a pork chop bone!!!  LOL

Bev, still hoping with you for that pork chop bone! My bone scan showed abnormal uptake in the sternal manubruial joint area, but the report said it looked like an arthritic process. CT confirmed it. Scary as heck though...but my point is that there are so many things it could be. Pork chop bones are just one of them.

Bev, I had a similar report regarding my thorasic spine over a year ago; they ordered a PET scan and a bone scan which were normal. The assumption is that I am normally "abnormal" in that area and recommended a follow-up MRI. I will see my breast surgeon for my 6 month check up in June and will ask her about the follow up then. Meanwhile, I hope yours is ok, too! L&H, Frayda

In the meantime, I'm voting for Arthur I. Tis or perhaps that pork chop bone. Hopefully, tomorrow or early Friday will bring you some news. Luci

Sure sounds like our friend Arthur I. Tis to me. He's made himself welcome in me!

Here's a hug and prayer that you get the final pork chop bone news soon.

Love,
Becky
