Right now my heart is breaking for each of you on this board that is hurting. I wish that I could reach through cyber space and give you a hug. Please know that all of us that didn't know Becky are here for you.

I have been reading all of the posts regarding "Mighty Becky". Just that nickname tells me that I missed getting to know someone very special. She was an amazing, strong, compassionate, caring wife, mother, daughter and "sister" is the picture I get from reading each of your thoughts. Her legacy will be kept alive with the memories that you have in your heart. Thanks for sharing your memories.

Hugs and prayers

Deb

I wholeheartedly agree with Deb's post.  Although we are new and didn't have the honor of getting to know "Mighty Becky" the posts left by all of you who did have helped us to feel like we knew her.  What a loss to her family and the sisters she left behind here.  She sounds like a very strong and wonderful woman.  Heaven is blessed by her presence....those left behind have a hole left in their heart.

Thank you all for allowing us to get to know Becky through you!  This is such a loving place for all of us to be, I feel truly honored to be among you!

Hugs and love,
Mia

You can see a picture of Becky in the roll call pictures. There are a couple taken of four women from Louisville who hosted our group. Becky has the blue blazer on. Sara is on the right side with blonde hair and Angela is next to Becky. Flo who posted flb recently has the dark hair and we were in her home. There are probably other pictures of her there, but this one is easy to find. She truly was a very special lady. And LADY is the only term I can think of with Becky, so sweet, quiet, genteel, gentle, not like some of us myself included. LOL. Thanks for your hugs. Becky is about the 30th breast friend we have lost in the six years I have been around. Way, way too many. We need a cure. Hugs MK
