I have my six month check-up with the breast surgeon this Thursday. Since I saw her in December, my mom was diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer and my sister with bc lung mets. Obviously, I am quite nervous and have many questions for her. For those of you who may remember, I also have had some funky results with past spine and lung scans that we have been "watching".  I think I should get some tumor markers for starters. Anyone know which ones to ask about? I have never had any because I was originally node negative. I think I will also ask about a PET scan to see if anything corresponds to the other scans. Any other suggestions? Please send the PCE on NJ Transit to NYC to keep my company on my way to Sloan Kettering! L&H, Frayda

To say that there's been a run of bad luck in your family this year is an understatement. I can't answer any of your questions, but I do want to wish you good luck. I'll be praying all is well with you and yours.

Rita

OK PCE heading your way, since Lori has jury duty, Joyce you will have to pilot again. But you should be in familiar territory that close to home. I will be ready for your fly by to pick up the two Texans. LOL Hugs MK

This is what PCE is sooooo good at. Drop the house work (big sacrifice here) LOL and grab the pink boa and be on board at the drop of a hint we are wanted. All the excuse I need. Is this anywhere near where Luci and Cathi and Libby are having lunch? Maybe we should all hang around after Frayda has her tests and drop in on the lunch? Sounds like a plan to me. Ladies we are going to have to rough it, our steward is still not well enough for travel. We will have to pop our own champagne. Geez, Tavish you are making air travel really rough! We hope you are better soon. L&H Joyce

I had to edit because I called Tavish a stewardess and now I just realized I spelled his name wrong. Think I better go have some coffee and come back later. LOL Love and hugs.
