Yes, I have been drinking green tea since I was diagnosed. Only one cup, though. I plan to increase to 2-3 once my treatment is through. I have my daughter, my aunt, my sister and her husband drinking it.

Steph,

Yes, I drink lots of green tea and have since diagnosis 5 years ago. I pretty much lost my appetite for tons of coffee and I just LOVE "jasmine green" now.  I found a loose leaf from "Peet's" that is wonderful and I usually make a little pot full in the morning. The "Numi" brand makes a nice Jasmine green and I also enjoy "Mighty Leaf's" Green Tea Tropical in a bag.

I think of it as my "chemo" in a mild way and hope that the antioxidants in it are helping ward off the beast of bc in some way. Whether it's accurate or merely placebo.....who knows.  I sure enjoy it anyway.

Love,
Joany
