It's been five weeks since my last chemo therapy treatment, and I have dark fuzz beginning on my head!!!! And, I truly believe that I have a "five o'clock" shadow on my eyebrows and eye lashes!!

Thanks to everyone for your positive support, and I believe yesterday's prayer Sunday was great! I am praying and thinking of you Jo-Ann, and I also pray for all my healingwell friends who are undergoing treatment and all the survivors, too.

Again, thanks for everything.

Congrats on the fuzz!!!  It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it?  I love having my eyelashes and brows back.  I'm very happy for you.

Hooray for fuzz! It is exciting, isn't it? I took pictures of myself each Monday for a couple months, to compare the weekly growth, it was kinda fun to have them to look back at...

Soon enough, the hair will return and let me tell you, you will probably never care about a bad hair day again....we appreciate every hair day!

I am now happy to report that my eyebrows are "blue" from fuzz. Also, if all these lashes come in, they will be really, really thick! Before they were just normal.

How exciting it is when you start having hair come in. I must tell you that I was bald for almost 2 yrs. When it started coming in, it was not my color and was so wispy, YUK!

When my hairdresser finally said it was time to cut it, there were dark brown curls everywhere. I don't ever remember my hair being like that. It lasted 18 months before it went straight, but there was far less gray that came in than what I had lost.

Sometimes even the littlest of things we take for granted have a way of lifting our spirits.

Hugs, Jo-Ann
