Had the yearly (yes it's been a year) mammo on the remaining breast.  At least it's only one now.  LOL  Man, it hurts.  Not so much the squishing, but the skin pulling.  I had it done at a different facility (insurance reasons).

I have made another major decision.  I am quitting my job and taking on a temp position that pays more money.  I was actually going for a perfect job in the radiology dept. of Kaiser/Sunset, but found out the position was cancelled.  The reason it would have been perfect is because that is one of the facilities that the Rad Tech program uses to send the students to.  I would have had a leg up on the other students.  Anyway, this other position starts Monday (I just found out about it today).  I have to submit my resignation letter and don't know how to write one.  I've never quit a job before, believe it or not.  DH is being very supportive, thank goodness.  Now I will make more money and get weekends off again.  YEAH!  More time to spend with DH.  I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

Kathy

This job sounds good, too. Sorry the other one didn't work out, it sounded perfect. Good luck, we are with you. Hugs MK

I love anniversaries and upward moving job changes. I'll be happy dancing and bud lighting tonight in your honor.

I do want to point out a little correction that you will need to make, though. When you only have one side to do on a mammogram, then we call it a mimmigram (half of a mammogram). Only hurts twice as much to make up for the missing hooter.

Hope everything is A-OK and clear sailing from here on out.

Hugs, Jo-Ann

tongue  Jo-Ann,

You are hilarious!  I shared your comment with my sister.  She cracked up!
