Please make sure you bring along your snowboots and maybe even hip waders - we had 18" of snow in western ND yesterday and as of right now the Interstate is still closed between Bismarck and the Montana line.  Am hoping I can even make it for my appointment.

This is the WET, HEAVY type of snow so a lot of broken trees and not easy pushing.  DH has been out since about 7am and has finally gotten a path pushed so he can feed some of the cattle that are still in a pasture about 3 miles away.  That is the problem, this caught everyone with cattle in pastures that are many times 10-15 miles away from the place.

My office has been closed for 2 days, which is nice cause no way I could get there.  It is kind of pretty if you don't have to go anywhere.  Thank goodness it is suppose to be near 40 today and near 50 tomorrow.  That will take it down.  Better get out with my camera today.  Worst October snowstorm of the Century they are calling this one.  Course the Century is only 5 years old. LOL

Take care all and come bundled up warm tomorrow.

Love you all,

Kitty

Kitty:  I wish that I could be there but I have an echo scheduled for tomorrow morning. I saw on the news where you all had snow. I hate to say this but I am glad that it is you all and not us! lol Yesterday I had the AC on because it was in the 90's. Last night it dropped in the low 40's and tonite in the 30's. Go figure! Suppose to have frost Fri or Sat. So some help w/ the allergies.

Hope that you make it tomorrow. Please be careful...
Remember appts can be rescheduled.

Hugs..Deb

Deb,  Good luck on your Echo.  That is the reason behind me going to Bismarck tomorrow.  My Echo did not turn out good.

Bernadette,  Did you used to live in ND?  If so where?  Where are you now?

Kitty,

I will be there.  Boots, snowshoes, waders, whatever it takes.  And Deb we can be with you too.  It's the magic of cyberspace.

Hugs,

Kitty, I wouldn't miss the PCE to be with you, but I sure do hope it has plenty of heat!  When you see a cloud of pink feathers, you'll know that we've arrived!

I'm praying that you will have good results, hon.  Sending you love and hugs.

Kitty, I'll be aboard the PCE.  Although I can't believe I'm going anywhere with all that snow.  I'll just have to wear my fleece and a pink blindfold so I can't see the (ugh) snow.  Praying for good results.

Deb, we'll be with you too, the PCE with it's amazing "pink" technology can be anywhere.  Good luck with your test. Hugs, Libby

Kitty

My husband is from Carrington ND, but I have never been there with him. I spent a month visiting a friend in SD and we toured ND too. I grew up in central Washington (lots of snow) but now live in the Seattle area.
Good luck tomarrow

Loved the snow to look at. Did not enjoy wading around in it when we deplaned. LOL Have you gotten any preliminary info yet? Prayers all looked good. Hugs MK

I wondered about you when I heard the forecast for snow in ND, Kitty. Sorry you are having such a time with it. Hopefully it will melt soon. We were in northern MN for two days and had flurries in Ely. Too early. Stay safe and warm. Hope Leon got those cattle fed. Hugs, Lauri

Hi All! Thanks for all of the pink feathers. My tech couldn't figure out where they were coming from!! I have had the same tech for all of my echos and she is wonderful. She tells me exactly what she sees and doesn't mince words. According to her, everything is about the same as it was 3 mos ago. Little fluid but had that last time.

Kitty, I hope that you were able to make your  appt and that everything went well. As someone else said, pleaseeeeeee keep that snow. I'm just not ready for cold weather yet. Suppose to get down in the low 30's here tonite. That is cold enough for me.

Thanks again.

Hugs...Deb
