Hello Grace! Happy Thanksgiving. You and your family have a lot to be thankful for today. :) What you are feeling is totally normal so don't be afraid. Each of us has had the same feelings. I remember when I finished my first round of chemo and was feeling so excited that I was finished w/ treatments, dr. visits, tests, etc. Then my best friend was diagnosed w/ lung cancer. I felt so guilty because I was happy and she was just beginning her journey. I was able to finally realize that each of us has a right to feel happy about own life and we can use that to help others. The most important thing for you now is to continue to be an advocate for your own health. You can also use your personal experience to share w/ other young women to tell them how important it is to do sbe as well as get their mammos. God has a purpose for you my friend. Keep your mind and heart open. Embrace each day as a wonderful gift. And please feel free to come and post and let us know what is happening in your life. Trust us when we say that there is nothing that makes us happier than to be able to share the good news of a benign biopsy w/ one of our members.
