Good luck and I'll be there with all my feathers!  I guess you'll be lying down for awhile???  Let us know how everything goes.  We'll be right there with you.

Filling the PCE. I looked you up and you are on the other side of the US. So the ladies will have to grab their boas and get ready to flap their feathers. Good luck and hope all goes well. I know you will feel us there. Might want to warn everyone. We tend to make a lot of noise when we show up. You have not heard a drum roll til I give you one. Its enough to make the dr. move right along. L&H Joyce

I'll be there, feathers, confetti, whatever it takes to make sure you see us! Lying in the recumbant position as Cleopatra did - ahhh. Who's feeding you grapes during recovery?

Welcome home, Tammy!

Glad to hear everything went as planned!!!!!!! You know, I'm thinking that the hot flashes won't get any worse, since you've already been experiencing them. Everyone really is different, and between my mom and her sister (my aunt), my aunt has always had wicked hot flashes (shes's 79 and the flashes are still going), my mom never really had any to speak of, so she says. What she had were in the first few months and you've already been there!!!

I'm so glad you're feeling okay! Best wishes for a smooth recovery!!!!

L&H,
Laure'

Good to see you are home. Glad we were able to be there for support. May your hot flashes be few and only occur on cold days. Hugs Joyce

I got hot flashes about the same after my ovaries were removed.  I still get them, but they are almost unnoticeable since I started taking 400 vitamin E, in the morning and at night.  Ask your onc/doc if you can.  It's really helped me.

Good luck
