Let's reflect on this year.  Those of you who have had it hard, my prayers are with you.  Each moment spent on This Earth is a gift, and if cancer taught you that, then that's one thing to be grateful for.  Most of all, I'm glad each of us has each other.  I hope you all never get tired of hearing reading this:  I never would have made it without my sisters.

May you each get a glimmer of the joy I feel being alive today.

(Don't know if I can muster up the piety to be grateful for the trout and fly dishes I got for xmas from DH, though).  I ain't that holy!

OK, thanks for the advice on the gloves.  I'll definately use it, but I'm never, repeat, never going to ask him for something that can be purchased in that store again.  Look what happens!  His intentions are sweet and I'm totally the bad guy here.  Really, I really don't think i can look at these things for twenty years.  My girlfriend and I had a good chuckle about it last night, but seriously, it's a little bit of a dilema.  We'll have to use it for fish night like cindy said.  my friend said that when we finish the basement we could use them down there, but who eats in the basement?????  I don't think I can bring that one off.

Anyway, respond to this or to reflect on the year.  It's been a good year for me, but I'm aware that others have suffered.  I'm thinking of all of you.
