I am the ultimate Bob Seger fan. Many have tried to tell me they are bigger and truer fans, but I can always shut them up when I ask "if they have a daughter named Jodi?".

He's going to be in Dallas tomorrow night and I've got two tickets in my wallet, front floor section, right in the middle. My "date" for the night is my son, Eric, who bought the tickets.

My older son, Jack, saw Seger in Atlanta in early Dec. He said the best thing he remembered is that I took him to see his first concert when he was 13 and it was Bob Seger.

He came here for Christmas and had a long talk with Eric about taking me. I know what Eric paid for these tickets and I wouldn't repeat it to anyone, except MK. LOL

So, if everything goes as planned, I will be attending my last concert tomorrow night. The only other person I would go see is not doing concerts.

"40 years now, where'd they go, 40 years, I don't know, I sit and I wonder sometimes, where they've gone." I'll be reliving those 40 years tomorrow night.

Very excited, Jo-Ann

Man!  That sounds like heaven.  The one place I always get flummuxed is at a concert.  I envy you.  Rock on.  Night Moves is my favorite.

Well I am not sure just what time that concert is to begin tonight, but it is a safe bet Jo-Ann and her son are in their seats excited and waiting. She kept telling me she was not going to go because it cost too much and I convinced her that her son wanted to do this for her and she should graciously accept and enjoy. So here's to a great evening for Jo-Ann. I'm ashamed to admit I don't know Bob Seegar............... guess I am just that much older than she is and when she was going to concerts I was changing diapers and taking care of babies with no time or money for concerts. LOL. To your happiness, my friend. MK

Hope you had a great time, Jo-Ann.  There is nothing like a big concert. Love seeing performances live. We have tickets to see Rod Stewart (yes, again) in April. Main floor, sixth row. And, no, you don't want to know what we paid for them. But, it will be worth it. And, who knows. It might not be frigid weather by the end of April. Hug,  Lauri

LOL...just read your other post and now this one... we must have had similar seats. We were in section B, and I think they had A-D on the front part of the floor, about 30 rows in those sections. we were 22. If folks sat down or stood still, we'd have had the best seats. But we had a large couple in front of us who danced and hugged and swayed, making our small line of vision a moving target all night. But Bob sure sounds great, and he's coming back here again in March.

Glad you loved the show!
Lori
