To Deidre, my breast surgeon's P.A.
She's so there for me with everything. This is a very dedicated lady. After always helping me navigate the treatment process, she is still there working on my getting the scans where I can get the best care even though it won't be at her facility because of my insurance. My doc is covered, but Beth Israel's Radiology Dept isn't. She is working out precertification for me and appointments for a site about 100 miles away from her and paving the way. This lady is very busy and she took this on too. She also followed up on Vicky's status because I expressed my concern. This is all during what must have been insanity at her office because of a snowstorm.
I'm also remembering the care I got that first day when I found out I had cancer. STAT results were requested, which also was the day after the NYC blackout. Someone up there must have me in their graces to put Diedre in that position where I needed someone helpful like that.
Let this be a string to thank those supporting the process
