Hi Dear Breast Friends,
Sorry I have been too upset to post lately. I could really use some prayers for people I love very much. My dear friend    and her husband had one beautiful daughter. Last fall, they adopted two children who had been so hurt and had lived  in 7 different homes. They are ages four and six. They were so hurt that when first taken in, the little boy went to his first birthday party. He had the present for his friend and as they stood at the front door he said. "Am I going to live with these people" Even on vacation, he thought that they were giving him away. Last fall, three weeks after the adoption was final and they finished an additon on the house for the children, the husband was diagnosed with colon cancer and has 14 positive nodes. I feel so helpless but she says there is nothing I can do.
My dear friend RoseMary, who I almost brought to a gathering is now on a feeding tube. She has been through so much in addition to cancer. Tomorrow they go to the doctor to see is she can get her voice back and if there is anything they can do.
Just tonight, my ex-husband found out that his 22 year old neice has a breast lump. She has to wait 2 weeks for the biopsy. Her dad is a doctor and her mom a nurse. That didn't stop a hospital last fall though from almost kiiling her sister. I know it was a virus but I don't remember the whole story. Thanks for your prayers and for listening. Sorry To be gone so much. I should really introduce myself to our new friends that I would like to get to know. Love and Hugs, Di

Dear Di,

Know that I will be sending lots of prayers for these friends and family. Wow, when it rains, it does seem to pour doesn't it?

Hopefully, just knowing that others care and are praying for those you love it will be a consolation to you.

Thinking of you dear friend.

Hugs and Love,

Please remember that we all stick together here and we know that when you're not swimming around our sisters when they need it it could be because you need some dolphins swimming around you!!!!!
We're all getting dizzy here with all this swimming!!!!!  But just try to stop us.
We are here for you.  All of us can freak out and panic and get plain old mad at this disease that keeps on giving!  This board is the place to be for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Someone will surely be rational to hear you and help (if it's not their turn too, of course)
You also get lots of prayers coming your way.  You're a good soul for adding these friends and loved ones to our prayer lists.  I'm glad you're there for them.
Good luck

Di, I am sorry you have to deal with so much illness. Seems like you have had more than your share for quite some time. You have been such a fighter in the years we have been together. You sure have been loyal to all of us in support, too, so you know we are all here for you. Just remember there is not a thing you can do to change what is happening except to give support and love and I know you are doing that. Hugs MK
