Can anyone share remedies for dizziness arising as a side effect for arimidex? Thank you!

I'm sorry, I've been on arimidex for a year and a half and haven't felt dizziness from it.  Are you sure it's from that?  First I'd say to notify your doctor of your problem and let him rule out other causes.  That's always safest.

Also, move slower if you're prone to becoming dizzy.  I get dizzy when getting up too fast all too often.  Maybe the other members have some advice.  Good luck!

I agree w/ Ellen that you should notify your doctor before you take anything. It could be an inner ear infection and antibotics are needed.

I have had dizzy problems in the past. I had a prescription for antivert and valium. For some reason, the two togeather work. It was so bad one day while I was at church that I was holding onto the outside wall of the church and crawling to the car. Ended up in the ER. They gave me a shot of valium and w/in an hr it had cleared up. There are over the counter meds that you can get also.

But please check w/ your onco or physician first.

Good luck.

Deb
