You are absolutely right. I was thinking of your 11 year accomplishment last night. I wish I'd read about the chocolate before I went to the store. LOL

Actually, today is Jaidan's third birthday. She will be coming in the morning and has told me she wants "a chocolate pie". I'll have it ready tonight to have tomorrow. I've never tried a candle in a pie!

But, as a reserve, I bought some chocolate-iced fudge brownies. I'll be sure to up the insulin shot and will be thinking of you with every bite.

If anyone had ever told me I COULD quit smoking, I wouldn't have believed it. Now, it is six years and I'm still nicotine free. I'd rather be on this side of that fight. I still have the occasional urge and even have dreams about smoking. In this dream, I've had the same pack of cigarettes for who knows how long and don't light up. Who knows that that means?

Enjoy your smoke-free day. I'm waiting for the soil to dry out so I can till the garden.

Love You, Jo-Ann

Congrats, Jo-Ann AND Joyce! What a feat. Randy had a nicotine patch on the size of Texas when he was in the hospital, but as soon as the IV was out, he was outside lighting up. You know, I quit for a long time, not once but twice. I guess I'm just a very slow learner!

Love and hugs and kudos to you both!
