We have had the craziest weather here. Gloomy rainy looking days and sometimes it just pours!  I talked to Jo-Ann the other night and she said her yard was nothing but a big mud puddle.  It is hard to stay up when it is so gloomy so she has been having some good cave days.  Her computer has been giving her fits and while we were talking she was trying to reload Windows and the whole thing blew up on her.  She said it was dead and she was going off to cry for an hour.  I told her to go buy a new one and quit trying to keep that dinosaur alive.  She had built it from the ground up and just kept building and fixing, but there comes a time when software does not match old hardware.... I think that time is long gone.  Anyhow she told me she promised Joseph a computer, so she had to buy his first.  I hope she reconsiders, she needs a computer and we need her.  Right?  Hugs MK

I need a good Jo-ann post in my life, majorly!!!!!
It's Not only us needing her, but she needs a computer.  It's so important for her to be able to keep the isolation at bay.  Tell her I really feel strongly that she needs to put herself before Joseph on this one.  She needs to function as best she can and get support as best she can now.   It's so easy for us with chronic illnesses to just isolate and then the days and months go by.  Cathi too!!!!!  These ladies need to get back here.

Is this your way of saying we will have no Jo-Ann stories for a long long time? I hate to say this but I really am selfish and want to hear this is not so. I am seriously missing her "thoughts" on teeny tiny town. I thought she had gone to MK's and was out playing on farmer Chucks J.D. tractor. I seriously miss her humor. L&H Joyce

This rainy weather can really get one down in the dumps, and to not have a working computer only makes it worse.  Why is we put kids before ourselves all the time?  Kids/grandkids/husbands/significant others, whatever the case may be.  We need to think of ourselves once too.  Jo-Ann needs to think of herself and get HER a new computer.

MK it is no drier here in ND than in TX.  We have had 5 inches of rain in the past week.  Haven't seen sun in almost 2 weeks, and the weeds are getting away on the farmer here and he is getting testy.  But boy will we have a hay crop.  I told you we may need to get Chuck to come help. ha

Take care, God Bless, and stay dry.
