Hi All...

I was reading about aromasin and found something that said, "Do not take AROMASIN unless you have gone through menopause."  I have not gone through menopause.  They gave me a shot once to put me in menopause. I am sure if I came off the aromasin I would be right back to having my monthly's.  Anyone know anything about this???

Thank you for your help.

Karen-
I am not sure the answer to your question but I think the shot is to induce menopause, even though it may be "chemical" menopause, it is still menopause...for purposes of the aromasin.

Definitely a question for the doctor to be sure...but I think when they induce menopause it still counts....

Thank you for your response Lori. I have talked to the dr and wanted to ask here to double check. Sometimes I feel I found more information online than I get from the dr. Thanks again.
