Just wanted to tell you that I so appreciated your post about past community problems...very well put.  We owe a debt of gratitude to Jo-Ann for leading us here, and St. Peter for so graciously taking us in, en masse, flaws and all.  Whenever the village is mentioned, I am reminded what a safe haven this place has been for us...a home I enjoy coming home to.

Love and hugs...

Thanks Bev. I think we need to keep Jo-Ann in our prayers. She has been having trouble with her blood sugar and she had that awful flu everyone was talking about not too long ago. I need to call and see if she went to the doctor's yet. She is one stubborn old girl when it comes to taking care of herself. She wants to take care of everyone else, but always leaves herself for last. Her computer died and she is trying to rebuild it still. We discussed this a few weeks ago. She had some of it going but the last I heard was that it was all kaput again. Take care. Love you girls, MK

Oh, my. Sounds like Jo-Ann needs more than prayers. It sounds like she needs a good swift kick in the doctor's direction....and a new computer wouldn't hurt, either. She's stubborn when it comes to her health AND that computer!

I don't think we're going to change her, but I sure do miss her posts.

Tell her I've been thinking of her!

Hugs...
