Kitty, you are so right about
my freeway phobia. LOL I can even get to downtown St. Paul without using the freeways. And, I sure would avoid them at rush hour. And, now with a new car, I am even more nervous. My doc has even given me some tranquilizers so I can control my anxiety when riding with DH.
I don't dare take on and try driving, though.
It is really remarkable that more people did not die. I just wish they would find the remains of the missing so those famiies could have some closure. I see funeral services for two of the victims are scheduled for this week. Another was buried in Nebraska.
It is interesting to see how quickly the media's attention has shifted from here to the mining problem in Utah. That is going to be another sad situation, I fear. Thanks, everyone, for all the good thoughts. Counting my blessings, Lauri
