Hi Ellen (and every1 else too!)
Just thought I'd chime in now. I too am a 4 yr survivor and life is good! Congratulations to all in the class of 2003!
For the newbies on the board, this C thing is devastating news, but there certainly is life after diagnosis. Most of us find that we relook at our life and make some changes - in my case two years after diagnosis I decided to retire! Best thing I ever did! LOL
Hubby and I have just come back from a visit to Denver where our grandson was competing in the barbershop chorus competition. It was a wonderful occasion and the boys did very well coming in 11th and beating so many good chorus (many of whom have been singing for more years than the ages of our boys!) Now they have a taste of international competion they are keen to go to Nashville for the champs in 2007 - but first they have to win the NZ competion which is the end of next month. I'd love to go to Nashville and hubby admits he has always wanted to go there so we are hoping!
I am still enjoying my music and my embroidery, not to mention having lots of quality time wih my dear grandkids.
Best wishes to all especially MK and Jo Ann - hope you are feeling better now
