...study reveals a biological link between pain and fatigue and may help explain why more women than men are diagnosed with chronic pain and fatigue conditions like fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.

greetings - could you expand on the point? i know it is true about the higher female percentage but the reason why is still eluding me. What is so different about a mans biology that makes it less prevelent
