My wife has been eating ice for five years at least.  In Ocotober 2006, the Doctor was concerned with bleeding in the colon.  She had severe iron anemia.  The colonoscopy, endoscopy, gall bladder scans, abdominal cat scans were all negative.  She has severe fibromyalgia almost bedridden.  She has been eating ice again and doctor says she has anemia again.  Any thoughts.  Also her she had a nodule in her thyroid but the doctor covering it didn't think that was reason for anemia.  She is 50.  Her GI doc said she had Irritable bowell syndrome.
