Hi all

I am a new member to this site and wanted some advice.

Just had another relapse in my CFS.
I first got it in 87 after getting glandular fever.

I have never had CFS to extreme where you are bed bound for days, but it has affected
my life since I got it.

I am trying to look into new ways to battle this thing, and I have been looking at breathing and yoga relaxation exercises.
I know that I need to improve my posture.

Has anyone tried this with success ?  Its only been a few days since I have been trying this, and I dont feel much better yet.
If I keep with the breathing exercises and yoga relaxation, how soon do you think I can start improving things ?

Any help would be great.

Also , has anyone had a symptom where their voice is strained. Over the last few years, I have had problems with a weak voice and throat.

CHeers

Jon
