In Nov 2014 my fiancé had a horrible car accident where he spent 2 months in ICU... I spent day and night there... then I came home to take care of my daughter. When he came home he was severely disabled which freaked me out how bad he was... prior to his accident I was very anxious , tired. .. I chalked it up to not taking vitamins and I'm a vegetarian...
Now since Jan I have derealization disorder... so jumpy yet exhausted with severe anxiety and depression...
Do I have a tired brain?
Thanks,
GG

Hi GG, it sounds to me like you are overwhelmed & have a lot on your shoulders. All that you are going through can cause all of the symptoms you are experiencing. Are you taking anything for your anxiety & depression? I also suggest some type of therapy. Taking care of other people 24/7 leaves little time for yourself & you do need to take care of you. Get the rest that you need because it sounds like you are not getting enough. Don't get down on yourself, you are going through a lot so of course you are experiencing these feelings & fears. I don't think you have CFS, it is much more than just fatigue. You might check out WEBMD or a few other websites to see exactly what it is so you can ease your mind. Feel free to continue posting here if you do see yourself in them. I wish you the best, many hugs, Denise
