Help understanding EBV lab work

I'm totally confused on my lab work and even though my Dr tried to explain it, there was so many things going on, I just had a really hard time understanding it. I was told I have CFS and Hashimotos along with a few other things going on. Thank you smile I couldn't get the formatting right on here, so I put a * by my you can see the are all high but one.

EBV Acute Infection Antibodies

Test Low Normal High Reference Range Units

Ebv Ab Vca, Igm * <36.0 0.0-35.9
Ebv Early Antigen Ab, Igg *18.2 0.0-8.9 U/mL
Ebv Ab Vca, Igg * >600.0 0.0-17.9
Ebv Nuclear Antigen Ab, Igg *>600.0 0.0-17.9

Tgab+Thyroglobulin,Ima Or Ria

Test Low Normal High Reference Range Units
Thyroglobulin Antibody *19.0 0.0-0.9 IU/mL [
Thyroid Peroxidase (Tpo) Ab

Test Low Normal High Reference Range Units
Thyroid Peroxidase (Tpo) Ab *81 0-34 IU/mL
