okay is this the problem? i posted on crohn's? i am or should be listed there too/ as i have it...but i know rules are rules & i will find 36 to explain to her what we can lose...or post a very short version on here..or both. would that be ok? the crohns is & has been bad..out of remission so it seemed naural to go there..won't happen again..or maybbe the post is pointless. never mind.i feel beaten down right now. i don't want to argue or fight with anyone..and i won't ..goodnight. painter

Painter, I didn't edit the content of you post, I just edited the title of the subject so that hopefully we could clear up what this rule really means.

I'm new here and I'm noticing that there is a lot of rules here that doesn't exist in other forums that I visit. I didn't know that we had to post only under one topic. If that's true...that's weird, because my symptoms fall under different topics(CFS, Depression, Anxiety - Panic Disorders, and Migraine - Headache) .

Also, I notice sometimes that a person may think that they have one thing when it's really another. If we recognize the symptoms as being something else we can't tell them? How can we really help one another if we only can post under one topic? We are all here to relate and figure out our illness...and what's causing our illness...illnesses can have a lot of symptoms...my illness does.

I don't get it. I posted under the Depression topic the other day, and for some reason it felt as if I was not suppose to be their...which surprised me, because depression is and has been one of my symptoms for a long time...so I can relate.
Tests finally proved that I'm suffering from Adrenal Fatigue and Type 2 Hypothyroidism (is defined as tissue resistance to thyroid hormones at the cellular level)

Daily I take:
Three Lac along with Oxygen Elements (twice daliy for Candida Yeast Overgrowth)
Multivitamin
500mg extra of Magnesium (key metabolic mineral for thyroid function)
200mcg extra of Chromium (key metabolic mineral for thyroid function)
200mcg extra of Selenium (key metabolic mineral and the key step to thyroid balance...it helps convert T4 to T3)
1000mg extra of Vitamin C
2 tablets 4 times daily of IsoCort

I think there is some confusion about this. You can post in more than one forum here, you just can't post the exact same post (copying and pasting the same post) in a lot of different forums. A lot of people who spam will hit a lot of the forums with the exact same message.

There are a lot of us at HealingWell with multiple issues and we post about them in various forums. For example, I have both lupus and CFS so I post in both forums - I just post different things in each forum. I also have chronic pain, so I visit that forum a lot, mostly just to read - I don't post much there. A lot of us with chronic illness have depression and/or anxiety so please do feel free to post there if you are having depression.

I'm sorry this got so mixed up. Please don't think you have to choose just one forum and only post there. One of the great things about HealingWell is that there are multiple forums - it's especially nice if you have multiple health issues or if you are in diagnosis limbo and need help figuring things out.

Let me know if you have any other questions regarding this.

Diagnosis:  UCTD (lupus) 2006; Raynauds 2006; Sjogren's 2006; lupus symptoms began 2003; CFS 1991; Mono 1985
Meds:  Plaquenil 400mg; Prednisone 5-10mg; Tramadol 100mg 3-4x daily; Amitriptyline 10mg; Neurontin 300mg; Prevacid; Steriod Cream and Mouth Rinse for tongue and mouth ulcers; Hydrocodone 5/500 prn for severe pain; Restasis eye drops
