It's hard to find things to be thankful for, when you feel down, sick and tired.
Be thankful for the loved ones and family that support you.
Be thankful for what you have.  Things could always be worse.
Be thankful for the things to come.  Tomorrow brings a new day, and hopefully us all closers to greater health.
So, find thanks in what you still have, and find hope in what you should.
Be safe!!

Amen to that, Orion. We have a topic on the lupus forum of things to be thankful for, so I'm glad you started one here. I am actually realizing how many things I have to be thankful for right now. My awesome family, the fact that my disease has not progressed more than it has and I am VERY thankful that I am done with a flare and I am feeling the best I have felt in a while. I have been able to take a short walk for the past 3 days.

How have you been feeling Orion? I haven't seen on here in a few days.

Everyone take care and try to enjoy the holiday and try not to overdo it...just enjoy the food and family!!
