I don't really have an exact answer to your question, but I would think that ongoing insomnia wouldn't be good for your imune system, but I don't know how much it impairs it. People with cfs can have insomnia which does make symptoms more pronounced. There are options of prescript
ion meds for sleep if you are comfortable talking to your doctor about
it, sometimes it just takes a little while to find the right one that works for you.
