CFS improving I am on HOLISTIC TREATMENTS. COMPARE NOTES?

I have suffered with CFS for 23 years. I have been improving the past 3 years.

I take a lot of stuff, Most holistic.

If you want to compare notes. Please let me know.

If you are taking something that makes you feel normal, let me know.

I would be happy to share my list of products with you.

I have a doctor, a holistic herbalist, and have done a huge amount of my own research through the years.

If you have info for me, or want info from me.... TALK TO ME!

PS, I am also looking for some friends with CFS. The rest of the world tries, but just doesn't understand!

I'm not sure that anyone gets back to 'normal' with this disorder but I take

Malic Acid 1600 mg. in the AM and PM (3200mg a day)
Magnesium 150 mg in the am and 250 mg in a multi vitamin at night (400 mg a day)

I also try to keep my blood sugar as normal as is possible being a diabetic and avoid most starches, getting my energy mainly from vegetables and fruits.

  Hi Candy,

  Sure, I'd be interested in hearing what your doing re. natural stuff.  For me - cut out sugar and processed foods - for the most part.  Doing a high fibre, low carb diet.  Taking greens,vitamins etc.  Killing some parasites...candida and parasite cleanses seem to help me a lot.

  Feel a lot better if I eat lots of veggies - steamed or raw.

  That's it in a nutshell.   :-)  -manyembers
