I think I had arthritis since birth, remember my back aching
when I played games  on the floor. Once at age 10 my
neck locked up.
In early adult hood by back muscles would ache.
I slept a alot and got fired for being late from evey job.
Took all college classes in the afternoon and evenings.
It got terrible during first professional job and I could
never get enough sleep or be late.
Elavil was ok for a while but made me a bad parent and
husband. Changed my behavior, pain was there, never well
but pushed on for years like a robot.
Finally I though I was going to die. Here's what I do now,
am getting better.
Bought good $1500 Stearns and Foster Bed with some latex foam in the pillow top.
Stopped elavil, had some explosive anger episodes but ok by
standing up for myself with wife and recalbrating our relationship.
Apple Cider Vinegar daily
Oregano oil daily, I probably had candida
Lots of water in morning, almost no diet soda
Smaller food portions, lost 20 lbs
Sominex for sleep, same as Simply Sleep
B5 sometimes
DHEA, natrol brand low doses
GNC brand Magnesium daily
No junk, sugary, snacky, carbohydrate type food
Use Stevia instead of sugar in coffee and tea
Still have coffee in mornings, smoke a little, still
chew SKoal.
Doctor just prescribe propanalol for migraine type
symptoms, it seems better, too soon to say.
I took cymbalta a couple times, did not agree. I had thought
I was walking around with bloated gut and distress for
years. Distress made me think it was hunger.
I think the Oregano oil is what fixed this. I eat less now.
I realized my overachieving type A behavior did nothing for
me or my income, I just work on fitting in and complying now,
less worry, less care about work, less stress that way.
