Scarred is moving to KS!!! Gotta get this done in the next two weeks so we can get moving, but it is official we are outta WY! Found a Realtor that will put our house on the market and we will get that done in the next week, after my Mylo of course. Hubby has sold one of the four-wheelers which is wonderful and it looks like everything is now on the fast track to moving.

So here is how this will probably go.....house on the market, sell the fourwheeler's, pack, move, buy a house down in KS and get my internet back up so that I will be back online with my CP'ers before the end of the month. Doctor is already in the works and we are working on getting things ready as far as that goes.

Wish me luck my fellow sufferers....I hope to be done with this by the end of August.

Scarred,
That's great news! I'm glad it's all settled, and even though it will be hectic for awhile, it sounds like your hubby's got things under control, so let him do his thing and you just make phone calls and such. And before you know it you'll be with Dorothy and Toto in Kansas!

Be careful after that myelogram, though! (ok, I won't say that again! LOL)

Hey, Scarred! I am glad to hear it is settled. Just knowing has probably taken a load off, huh? I am sure you will be very happy once you get settled - especially if hubby likes his job more! Do take care during the move and when preparing for it. We'll be thinking of you! Best wishes with the house hunt!

Tom;

God you crack me up hehehehe! Yes I will be able to attend the wonderful beach party that PA has set up for us, but I might have to leave a little early. But be prepared because this next September I will host a "Harvest Festival" that will make up for the time I am going to miss with you all. To bad I will miss your dance Tom, but save the last dance for me, cause I will be back soon :-)

Wishing you a pain free day.......your friend and dance partner

Scarred,
The Beach Party is going to last AT LEAST until Labor Day. And in your honor, can be extended! So not to worry, I'm sure Tom's dance will require an encore performance!

Of course, he's going to have to practice getting that thong on! LOL

And throughout, you will be with us in spirit!

I'm thinking you should just move in to your cabana temporarily whilst your husband packs up and moves the house for you! devil Then you can just join him in KS when he has the new digs all set up and ready to go! tee hee tongue

Thanks all I really appreciate your wishes for a speedy trip. Ry and PA great idea! I'll just move into my cabana and hubby can take a few days to pack, sell the house and get to KS, unpack and I will be ready to join him. I think that the Big Ben would be great for him as he once was a football player in KS. Gee but that was so long ago, but I bet he could show Ben a move or two hehehe.

Got 5 boxes packed last night, I only did what I could laying down (folding clothes and handing them to him to put in the boxes.) so all the warm wintry clothing are put away for now. Oh and I was able to sit in a chair and pack up my acrylic paints and brushes into a box. I will be so glad to get this over with.

Hubby had a meeting last night with to old boss and apparently the service manager that I told you all about has been let go....and one of the other mechanics are being promoted. I hate to see the guy lose his job but I think that they think that they can get hubby to stay, even though that wasn't all of the problem. The three mechanics that were going to leave have since decided to stay and apparently are pleased with this news. When it came to hubby the boss asked what he could do to make him stay and hubby not wanting to back down from this job offer told him probably nothing. He told him that he was only waiting on confirmation of pay, ins and other things to decide (decide??? I thought we had already decided!) to make his decision.

They can probably get him (doubtful if this will happen) another 10k a year but our benefits are horrible as far as health ins and I really do not foresee my hubby staying with them. So I guess my "It's Official" thread has gone back to "Hmmmm are we or aren't we?"

ahh the joys of having a hubby that is so indecisive.
