Hi, Pamela.

As I said, this is the journal I use. I like the detail it provides and especially the graph feature at the top because it gives sort of a quick snapshot of what the day was like. I think there are tons of other journals out there, though. I am sure if you do a search on the internet you would find many more options. You need to use one that works for you.

Last night as I bumbled & stumbled through the night, I got my medications
mixed up.
I need to get my act together.
(I also need to learn the internet a bit better than I do.)

Oh, Pamela, be careful! It's scary to hear that you are mixing up meds at night time. Especially after one of the ladies here just had such a scary accidental overdose experience. Please take care of yourself! We don't want you to get sick too.

Can you put your meds in a dispenser? Or have your husband help you with distributing them? (I think you said you were married...)

I did some searches on the internet for you since you said you weren't very familiar with it. Here are a couple links to diaries I've found that you might like better...
