ryan,
I found it. For me, it's too complicated. How about you?

Hi, Pamela.

As I said, this is the journal I use. I like the detail it provides and especially the graph feature at the top because it gives sort of a quick snapshot of what the day was like. I think there are tons of other journals out there, though. I am sure if you do a search on the internet you would find many more options. You need to use one that works for you.

Ry :-)

You are right, Ry, I do!
Last night as I bumbled & stumbled through the night, I got my medications
mixed up.
I need to get my act together.
(I also need to learn the internet a bit better than I do.)
Thank you,
Pamela Neckpain is ok today. Luckily.

Oh, Pamela, be careful! It's scary to hear that you are mixing up meds at night time. Especially after one of the ladies here just had such a scary accidental overdose experience. Please take care of yourself! We don't want you to get sick too.

Can you put your meds in a dispenser? Or have your husband help you with distributing them? (I think you said you were married...)

I did some searches on the internet for you since you said you weren't very familiar with it. Here are a couple links to diaries I've found that you might like better...
