Hey Kara sorry to hear your feeling so bad it doesn't help much but at least here your not alone. I hope the days coming will bring you some relieve and make you feel a little bit better. I'm not so hot myself these last few weeks and just so tired. Tired of everything. Feel better kara.

Wow Kara...I'm so sorry to hear about this. What did they do for the inflammation? and did they give you anything for pain? Why did it happen? OK, enough questions...lol

Kara,

I have chronic chest wall inflimation and it can really hurt sometimes. I use a combo of heat and ice to help when it gets really bad. Also, if you are a chesty woman (I am) I find that sleeping with a pillow or something seperating the "girls" really helps.

Take care and I hope you feel better soon!

In the United States today, there is a pervasive tendency to treat children as adults, and adults as children. The options of children are thus steadily expanded, while those of adults are progressively constricted. The result is unruly children and childish adults. ~Thomas Szasz
