Not sure if I'm considered MIA or if anyone even remembers me. tongue LOL

For those that do remember me. I'm still here. surviving.

Found out that I have Lyme disease and I've been receiving treatment for that.

One of the NPs at my pain clinic says everything I am dealing with is due to that.

I'm not in agreement with her. After all I do have a central disc herniation at C3-C4 an at T10-T11.

The later can be really bad. It feels like fire shooting into my ribs, chest, abdomen and sometimes even shoots in my neck.

Feels like this tight bad around my chest. Really nasty. Several times I've been to the ER for it. I first thought it might be cardiac but thankfully it wasn't.

Then there's the peripheral neuropathy which has been flaring. That however could be due to the Lyme.

Either way, I've got a long road ahead of me. I suspect I need to receive treatment for the Lyme for several years, We will see.

That's it from my neck of the woods. Which by the way are starting to change color. Summer its just too short up here.

Take care everyone and stay pain free

I'm just getting back after our power was off from
Hurricane Ike. It was an 80 mile wide eye, it did lots of widespread
damaged to Houston and surrounding area's. We got off
lightly compared to others. I'm supposed to have a pain management appointment
tomorrow and still haven't heard from the clinic. I'll run outta meds by next week
and don't have a clue as to what to do. TexasJen sure hope the storm wasn't bad for you!
We have shingle damage, sheetrock damaged, carpet damaged and the fence is down.
Plus very low on food....
Prayers and soft hugz out to everyone...We're getting there...
Quahog, so very sorry you have been dx with Lyme, lots of soft hugz to you.....
