Fall is my favorite season. Even though the days may be warm, it's not the same warmth we feel as in summer. The evening air is getting crisp. I'm in the NW USA and we have true seasons here and I love it. I couple of nights ago I noticed the moon had that harvest gold color starting. Fall, for me, makes the our of doors more beautiful. In that line of thinking...walk outside, if you can, or open the window and look out. Did you notice a beautiful cloud, tree, lake, rabbit, mountain, a bird or flower ? Note a warm breeze or chilly wind on your cheek?

What is fall in your area?

I used to love the falls up north in Michigan, the color changing of the leaves
from golds to reds was always nice to see...Indian summer was always nice and
happened during my birthday (usually 1st week in November). Plus who can forget
the fun Halloween brought.....
But, down here in Texas, not as many color changing leaves and usually still hot thru
November, with no Indian summer, but at least Halloween is still a
whole lot of fun even if it's 80's outside.

PALady, I can seem to access the control panel, but when I can, I'll edit my signature,
Thank you for the heads up, I've already modified it, to try to make it not as long.

I live in upstate New York right on the Lake Ontario shoreline. We ahve all 4 seasons here, but spring & fall are quite short. Winter is our longest. We have all the lovely lake effect storms here. Blizzards, white outs, high winds that are so cold they cut right through you. I do love spring and fall the most. Fall is painful with the rains, but I love the smell of the leaves. That is one thing I would miss if we moved. The crunch of the leaves, and the smell. I love the smell of the lake too, and all the water birds I see when I stroll along the shoreline. Winter is beautiful, but so cold, expensive and painful. But oh, that muffled sound when there is snow on the ground. As a child I loved looking out my bedroom window on a night of the full moon, when there had been a storm and the snow was not yet disturbed. Such a beautiful sight. Still fills me with wonder of the God that so lovingly created all of this for us!

I live in Florida, in central Florida. The air tends to smell different in the fall, on some days only. And once in a while we get a little cool breeze. That's fall here. Not too many changes I'm afraid.

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.
