Im so sore any suggestions

I have been sore since saturday. It is like my whole body hurts any suggestions? Does anyone know what I can do for the soreness? I hope everyone has a LPD.Any suggesstions would be appreciated.
Lortab,ambien,elavil,reglan and neurontin.
 
spinal conditions: Scolosis,herniated discs,spinal blockage,Spinal stenosis,bursitis and arthritis

When my whole body hurts, I take a nice warm bath with Epsom salts. Sure if feels great while you're in there but too bad as soon as you get out the pain comes back. But it's a little reprieve anyway. (Hugs) to you and I hope you feel better soon.
