Today's topic: Who or what challenges you the most with your chronic pain??

For me, it is my four and a half year old granddaughter, whom I watch everyday. She keeps me on my toes! Some days I just feel like sitting in my chair all day long, but she is there and I have to feed her, get her drinks, play with her and take her to the bathroom, give her baths. The day is always full when she is here. I thank God for Kelly.

Now what about you? I'm sure there is someone or something that challenges you. Share it with us.

Gentle Hugs,

Lindaloo

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

For me it's my two little kittens, they sure can be rascally
at times...and having to get down and scope the kitty box.
But they sure are cute, and it's nice when they snuggle
up on your lap or right besides you...
Other than having a teenage daughter.....
Soft Hugz to everyone!

Linda,

Another good question (I like the "daily" check-in)! ...  By far, it's having six kids (I didn't get ill until the pregnancy of my 6th child).  I will fully admit that I would be in bed and not getting up if it wasn't for those kids.

What challenges me??? Hmmmm how about everything??? :) Who? I would say my daughter. Sometimes I feel like a taxi more then her mom. The act of driving can be a challenge especially when I have to turn my head or back to see the other lanes. Some days I can imagine my neck screaming at me when I turn my head.

I have 4 kids still at home and 4 grandkids that just move in.Otherwise I would spend to much time in bed and that makes me hurt worse most of the time.
Lost half of my small intestine, Nerve damage to right leg, part of my right hip bone removed, hernia, infection in my back called discites, and depression
