Hi Everyone,
Just thought I would check in and say hello. I've been home this week with pink eye and a sinus infection, both are not fun! Considering I work with kids, its no work for me! I'm off for Yom Kippur tonight and tomorrow, so it worked out well so I can get better. I'm on antibiotics for 14 days...any suggestions for how it can help my upset stomach/IBS not to flare up a bit? I hope everyone is having as pain free day as possible and hope to chat with you soon

Hugs,
Mala

Pink eye is the worse! There was a year that I kept getting repeat infections even after sterilizing everything and throwing away all my cosmetics. As for your stomach/IBS - what about yogurt? They say that anyone who has any intestinal problems should be on a probiotic but if you don't want to start one, maybe yogurt can help. It has the same cultures just to a lesser degree. Before I started on a probiotic and I had to take antibiotics, I would eat yogurt and it helped by not throwing me into a flare with my UC.
