Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

Thank you for thinking of me. : - )
After Christmas I felt really bad ~ guess I over did it.
I spent some time just watching TV and sleeping.
But I came out of the pain time ok.
I'm in the process of house moving now.
We needed to move for financial reasons &
what happened was that we got a less expensive
place but a BETTER quality place.
There is a family of squirrels in the Oak tree
in our front yard.
Ofeelia Finefurski, our cat, will like this.
She has a boring life. Now she can catch
squirrels with her mind!
How are you Linda?
and Kara ... I have been thinking about you.
That health scare you had was kinda scary.

PS We took the place with out stairs
We traded the ducks for squirrels. : ) turn

i was wondering how the move went, too, Pamela. Soundsl like the "situation" that was causing you concern about the landlord got resolved? Or you just found a different place.

Glad it all is working out. And that your cat will benefit, too! LOL

Hey no one ask about me?

Just kidding. I'm no frequent flyer here. I just stopped by as my depression has taken hold so I though I'd write here for advice.

Chronic low back pain, knee pain and depression.

14mg Suboxone, Nefazadone 450mg and now, Neurontin 900mg all per day

Peace be with you all

Hey, where's that Swan guy? smilewinkgrin Seriously, Glen, glad to see you've joined in on some of our other threads. Hope to get to know you more. You mention you're looking for advice - want to say more? You might want to start a thread of your own so others will see it.

Pamela - hope the move is going/goes well. I'm pretty sure that's why you've not been around.

Feeling very low and hopeless right now but pray it will lift with a new medication regimin.

Glen,
I've moved too and I too am homesick for lack of a better term. Sounds like you?
I currently have two condominiums in a big big mess.
I've carried Depression all my life. I finally figured out that life goes on
whether or not I'm Depressed.
These words helped me one time: "Tomorrow is another day"
No antidepressant has ever helped me.
My Depression and Chronic Pain kinda go together.
I'm tired from moving

This too shall pass.

Pamela Neckpain never ever ever wants to move again.
Susie ... I do move all the time.
PaLady ...
Our landlord seems to be ok.

Hi Pamela

I went back on the Lyrica and feel a lot better. My guess is I was in WD from it and the Neurontin did not help at all. That or maybe it was the neurontin itself causing the deep "hole" I was in.

I'll see the doctor tommorow and maybe a new anti-depressent may be in order as I'm still blue as can be.

I was with family upstate including a 5 hour visit with dad. I took him out from the nursing home to cash his SS check and we then went to OTB. He won 270$ on two races yea 90 years old and still picking winners!

My grandnephew's dad had a birthday party and I got to hang out over there. The kids are 1 and a half,1 and 7 weeks! lots of fun while the snow piled up outside.

Thank God for feeling better. I guess for now I stay on the lyrica until a gentle taper.

Pam, I hope Miss Kitty gets to know the squirrel. May be rather entertaining if the squirrel see's her perched in a window. I let 2 of my 3 critters out late Sat nite, heard an awful commotion, went out to see what was going on-possum on the fence terrified. I was ready to smack these 2 cause they kept running from me so I couldn't catch tehm. lol Susie
