So what is everyones goal for the week? What major (or minor) thing do you plan to do (or have done) that will make you feel better about yourself?
Mine are to be able to clean my house, even if it takes only being able to do one room a day and to continue with my new eating habits with the hopeful goal of losing 1 to 2 lbs.

Hysterectomy at 25

4 laproscopic surgeries since 24

Cervical stenosis in C3 & C4

Meds - percocet  3x day : nexium : xanax :

Supplements : calcium : magenesium :potassium : milk thistle : fish oil : B complex : vit E

In the United States today, there is a pervasive tendency to treat children as adults, and adults as children. The options of children are thus steadily expanded, while those of adults are progressively constricted. The result is unruly children and childish adults. ~Thomas Szasz

Wow ekkorose...you sure hit a nerve in my world...lol All I want is to get the housework caught up so I can get on to other things and I can't seem to get there. One thing after another happens . Plus, I'm also with you in the 'new eating habits' and whatever weight comes off then fine. I'm focusing on portion size and random snacking! Sounds like we're in this one together. Anyone else?

My goals for this week are to get my house cleaned and to spend more time getting to know my new neighbors. Hubby has to work this weekend so I will have plenty of time to do that and I am looking forward to a wonderful weekend.

My goals as I have two, getting a load of laundry done, working on seperating a load tonight,
the other is going to the cat show. Cat sow comes once a year, but I don't go every year so if I
get the load of laundry done then the cat show will be my reward... will be interesting seeing
whats new out in the cat world...maybe even getting some newer type cat food samples.

Cheers to everyone and I hope y'all make your goals....
Lots of soft hugz....

My goal is to get the rest of my 20 - 30 page paper written (at least the first draft), and to finish one of the books I have to read for next semester. I would also love to finish most of an online training course that I have to take, but I don't want to push it...

Oh, and another one is the opposite of what you guys have mentioned: to start eating more. I've hardly been eating anything lately because of nausea from pain & pain meds. I've lost at least 15 lbs in the last month or two. I'm not complaining about the weight loss (I probably needed to lose 10lbs), but this isn't a good pattern for my body, so I'm starting to make a conscious effort to force myself to at least eat protein/energy bars.

Well, my house deserves a good cleaning. I have made my mind up to start my spring cleaning now. I am so slow, have to stop & rest, but this will start once I am feeling better. Today high level stress day, not good for a cd person, gut is killing me, not to mention running to the b/r every 10 minutes. I looked at my poor kitchen cabinets the other day and they are screaming, please wash us with the cleaner.lol. Not sure I will get to that one soon-have to use a ladder, right now the gait is off and have already had too many falls. Got the laundry done over the weekend. At least that is out of the way. I think my plan will be to start with the washer room and work my way out. We are not going to talk about my once white 2 inch wood blinds right now either, lol.

I want to plant my bulbs in the ground before it is too late and while the ground is damp. Been feeling so miserable this last week, that I can barely make it to my couch, bed and oh the bathroom(my favourite place). Got my cimzia shot yesterday though, and hope it helps. Want to feel the sun on my face...and enjoy the weather(cause this time of year is WHY people live here...)
