Hello all, I hope you're enjoying a pain free day!

I'd like any and all suggestions before I meet with the herb lady today. I am scheduled to get my liver functions tested in a few months. I would appreciate anyones input in what has been shown or suggested to improve their liver functions and enzyme levels. I'm starting my shopping list now and would like to add it to my personal "Cook Book."

Thanks in advance....hurtzallot.

Milk Thistle - This is one of the best herbs around for liver funtion. They even recommend it to people who have had liver transplants.

Make sure to get a good quality one, herbs are not regulated and the cheap ones tend to have a lot of filler and nasty, useless bits in them.

Hysterectomy at 25

4 laproscopic surgeries since 24

In the United States today, there is a pervasive tendency to treat children as adults, and adults as children. The options of children are thus steadily expanded, while those of adults are progressively constricted. The result is unruly children and childish adults. ~Thomas Szasz

EKK is right, I have a good friend who has had Hep-C for a long time and has been using milk thistle ever since they descovered it helps liver regeneration. Good luck>
