I have in my hands research that took 10 years for Dr. Ahmed Ghanem to do, that shows that there is a link between LPHS and symptomatic Nephroptosis (SN).  The latter is the medical term for hypermobile kidneys.  Ahmed's research showed that people with LPHS first have kidneys that move too much & during this time the blood vesels & nerves are stretched & pulled & so damage is done & blood clots form to cause the extremely painful renal colic.  The classic position for SN is going on all fours with bum in the air & heat, heat, heat packs all day long & agony all the time as the ureters kink when the kidneys move.  If a LYING AND STANDING IVP was done on everyone with renal pain not only would there be a cure for lPHS ---it WOULD NO LONGER EXIST!!!  alas it is too late for me.  the damage has already been done.  But I will do all I can to warn everyone else. Ahmed has said that he will help anyone he can with LPHS or SN . He is the lovliest man I have ever met.  I have proof read his research.

Alys,
I don't know much about this - only what I've read on this forum. My one concern about posting his e-mail is that I think it leaves it open to spammers and such. I don't know - maybe ask a moderator about this. I'm not a technie!

Great that you're spreading new research!

Alys,
I don't think it's a rule, as such. Chutz (one of our moderators) would know more. I think it has something to do with computer programs being able to pick up an e-mail address from our posts and use it (or misuse it), not that the people on the forum are going to misuse it.

If you click on Chutz's name, you can e-mail her. I wasn't meaning you were breaking a rule, as I don't think you're selling anything. It's just often recommended we don't put our e-mail addresses directly in posts so spammers can't pick the up. As I said, I'm not a techie! If you have your e-mail in your profile, people could click on the envelope icon in your posts and e-mail you and ask for his contact info.

I didn't mean to offend you at all. I think you're providing some great info!
