I know someone posted on information of this before - but my PM specialist is recommending Vitamin D and gave me these to
websites to read.  The first is a good general pain website and on it were several recent clinical articles on V-D.

Just in case any one is interested.....

The vitamin D council also has a ton of articles about the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and chronic pain:

They've partnered with a lab so that you can get your vitamin D level checked through them, using a mail-in test. It's $65 for an individual test or $220 for a 4-pack, which was way less than I would have paid to get it through my PCP without insurance.
