For some reason I am hurting much worse than usual. It came on suddenly yesterday evening, and hasn't let up yet. I feel like sreaming. It hurts so bad I can't even think.

Awww Brent I am so sorry you are in pain. Have you tried meditation or distraction? It has worked for me in the past and it is how I got through a horrible weekend. Feel free to email me.

Hugs

Hugs to you. I really feel for you..I've been having some really bad nights and mornings lately (well, and days too!). Is the weather changing where you live? I know that has something to do with my general achey feelings. Also, I'm just not getting enough sleep.

Do you take any sleepy meds??

Hang in there and know that you aren't alone.

Danimal; I am on Lunesta but it only helps for about 4 hours and then I am awake. Been trying to get my dr to change it up.

Awe, Danimal, sure hope you can get some rest soon!
I've not been able to get much rest either and my migraines are hurting way off the
pain scale, but I get to see my pain management doc today and will be asking him
for help...Try gettting into your doctor if you can...
all my hubby can says is try melatonin!
Keep us posted...

Thanks for the kind words. I am just having an awful time right now. I keep hoping it will calm down a bit but so far it just hurts like crazy. I keep telling myself that I can handle it, but it is hard right now.

Brent hope you get some relief soon. It just ruins everything when the pain level kicks up that high, nothing is right. Take care. Susie

Chartreux and Scarred:

Thanks for your kind words. I got some sleep this weekend but wasn't able to fall asleep until 1:30-2! sniff. I'm still recovering from my stimulator surgery though and that makes it hard to sleep as moving around tends to tweak certain areas!

anyway, I appreciate your kind words!
