Hi all. It's been a while. I wanted to let you all know I'm thinkin' of you all. I've not been doing very well and it's just all I can do to get through the day, so I don't have much left for writing these days. I do read when I can, though, so I'm with you in spirit!

I don't know you, and don't generally give hugs to men, but know that if you are held in a special place by these people that's good enough for me.

My thoughts and prayers are with you, to help see you through your bump in the road. Best wishes to you in recovering.

A lot of fun? Well, I guess so, if she is willing to dress up like a man, tuck the hair under the hat, just to fool me. I tell you, excellent dressup. blush

It'd be nice to have 'gender' on the member page idea so I don't make a fool of myself too many more times when I'm the first to greet someone, ya know? redface

Ry I was wondering what happened to you. I knew you were working and that pretty much did you in by the time you get home. I wish you would at least pop in for a few on the weekends and post a weekly note to us, pretty please. Hugs, Susie

Oh, my goodness everyone! You can't know how encouraged I was by your hugs and notes this week! Thanks so much. :-) Tony - I'll take off my fake mustache, okay? tee hee...

PaLady, thanks so much for your sweet words. Scarred & Skeye & everyone else, it's good to see you all again too. Susie, you are right that work is just taking it out of me. I've also had some additional health issues on top of my back problem lately, and my back has been just awful these last couple of weeks - I think mostly that's because of work. I got the "we can't help you" write off from yet another doctor but the pain meds are less and less effective... I'm starting a new med tomorrow that is supposed to help with the issues I've been having with numbness in my fingers and toes. It would be great if they could make that go away, but sometimes I just feel so frustrated about adding yet another pill to the mix, ya know?

Gracious, I need to stop whining now. rolleyes I just wanted to thank you all so much for your kindness. I was uplifted this week. Please know that I am reading your posts too and thinking of you as well. I will try to pop in and post some replies here and there soon.

RY!!!!! smhair smhair smhair

I only wish I could say hello with the Wilson's, but their cousins will have to do (this won't make sense to most of you - it's an icon we had of rolling heads we named "wilson" but I think we um, overused it, and it got taken away cry)!

If you want to stop in on the fun thread, "time to fly 2", you realize it's crazy enough that you do not need to understand what we're doing. It's something about flying around and I think we're in New Zealand now on magic carpets or whatever anyone comes up with! Pop in if you feel like it!! smilewinkgrin

Hugs to you!!!

Thanks, Char! Those soft hugs are just what I needed tonight. No sleep here... I just headed out to join your carpet ride. shocked

PaLady, thanks for bringing out the Wilson Cousins. One of these days I hope our little buddies find their way back here. Maybe we'll see them rolling along from that magic carpet?

Ry,
So glad you joined us on the flying thread!! yeah

I don't know if we'll see the Wilson's again, though. shakehead I wonder if they even want to come back because I think they've found much more mischevious ways to have fun than just sitting in a box here waiting for us to click on them! smhair

Ry,
I've got to make this a short note, as my internet keeps cutting out (argh smhair), but I do want to wish you luck with the new medication! I really hope that it helps! And I know what you mean about adding another med to the mix... I'm sure we all do!

Lots of hugs,
Skeye
